We know that IT issues do not arise exclusively between 9.00am and 5.30pm and we are here to support you in the early mornings, evenings and weekends, 365 days a year.

24/7 Infrastructure Monitoring

Once contracted we have the ability to respond to any critical failures on your network, out of office hours.

Call Logging

Every single telephone call, email and monitored service ticket is logged and stored in our CRM. This allows us to report on trends, identify repetitive issues and fix them, permanently.


Remote support

Immediate support of any PC, Mac, laptop or smartphone with an internet connection, without any pre-installed software. Our sessions are encrypted and software is removed when the session ends.

Regular Proactive Maintenance

Microsoft release critical updates for all server Operating Systems each month. We regularly apply these to your servers and PC’s at convenient times, in order to maximise your network uptime and productivity.
